My daughter and I came to see Metallica preform at the JMA Wireless Dome, and stayed here for the night. Paid more money than I wanted to but considering we waited until a week ahead to book it, it was as expected. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, the King room was clean and spacious, the hot breakfast was delicious, we were able to walk back from the concert, and it was close to I 81 making it easy to get to. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Located in a lovely historic building, I had a very nice corner room. Instead of black-out curtains, the room had adjustable blinds that gave the room a very cozy feel at night. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. Perhaps some furniture could use an update, but that didn't take away from the experience at all. There's free parking and they make very good coffee! I'll enjoy staying here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying here, after the debacle I had with another nearby hotel closing. The staff were kind and accommodating. The building is beautiful inside and had access to a park where I could walk my dog. Parking was free and the pet fee was reasonable. It was quiet and our room was very comfortable. I slept well in the bed and I do not sleep well away from home. My dog was calm and comfortable which she often isnt when we travel (she loved the bed too). I will definitely be back!

I came to Syracuse for the jazz festival again and stayed at the Parkview Hotel for the first time. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was immediately impressed that the room was spotless! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff who made sure I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. If only all hotels had such a great staff.

Just stayed here over the weekend. Loved that the hotel had its own lot for parking. The room was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus. Enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night and enjoyed it a lot! Easy check in, comfortable beds, and included breakfast were highlights. We loved the charm of the old hotel and would stay here again!

Matrix theme hotel. Old but nicely updated. Stayed at a corner king size bed room. Room and bathroom were huge. Stayed during the big winter storm. Room was well heated but bathroom was a little cooler. That didn't stop me from taking a nice hot shower. Great water pressure. Linens and towels were clean. Room was clean. Breakfast was included. Had an egg and sausage patty. Also, the obligatory spin waffle maker. Nice to have hot food on such a cold morning. All in all, a great value. If you have a loved one in Upstate hospital, look no further. Parking included.

I enjoyed my stay here. I'm a gym girly so I appreciated the new equipment! Two tredmills, a bike, and an elliptical, all brand new! The free weights were nice too. Free breakfast was wonderful and didn't end too early (10AM I believe). I only got eggs (me trying to be healthy), but i was tempted by their waffle making station, blueberry muffins, and bagels with cream cheese. There are no coffee/tea makers in the rooms but there are fridges and microwaves. I was very grateful for the extra hour at checkout (noon). The lobby was very clean and cozy. The staff was very kind, specifically Robert who took the time to check if I needed anything at breakfast and then again when I waited for my ride in the lobby. I would visit this hotel again!

I stayed there after work since we were supposed to get a good amount of snow. Room was clean, shower had great water pressure and was hot, parking was ample and easy to figure out, and staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again if need be!:)
